Wilder, Edward, 84, entered into eternal rest on May 17, 2016. Ed was a loving and caring, husband, father, and grandfather. He retired from Ford Motor Company after 30 years of service, was a member of UAW #862, enjoyed fixing things around the home, and was known for his immaculate lawn care.
He was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 1 of his sisters.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 50 years, Flora; son, Douglas Wilder (Angela); grandson, Nicholas Wilder; sister, Grace Bradbury; caretaker, Patricia Duncan; and several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be Friday at noon at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday from 12:00pm-8:00pm at the funeral home. Interment will be private at Evergreen Cemetery following the service.
In lieu of the customary forms of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made in Ed’s name to the American Cancer Society.
