Emma Roberts

Born in Elizabethtown, KY, she was the daughter of the late Joseph B. Montgomery and Sally Johnson Montgomery. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed activities, such as sewing, reading, shopping, charitable endeavors, and spending time with family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Sava Mathew Roberts.

Survivors include her two daughters, Alice Chew Peaster (Carl), of Montezuma and Bonnie S. Roberts, of Acworth, GA; son, Dr. Dion Mathew Roberts (Vickie), of Anchorage, AK; six grandchildren, Kathryn Lisa Cole (Kevin), of Montezuma, Stephen Mathew Chew (Stephanie), of Birmingham, MI, Dean Mathew Roberts and Devin Daniel Roberts of Anchorage, Dion Roberts, of Bradenton, FL and Holly Roberts Marcott (Ryan), of Anchorage; five great-grandchildren, Jacob Cole, Sara Kathryn Cole, Mathew Roberts, Emma Roberts and Mason Roberts.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 16, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, with visitation one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
