She was a retired Personnel Director for Jacobson’s department store, and member of Southeast Christian Church.
Ethel Louise is preceded in death by her husband Wayne David Russell and her special friend, Jesse the cat.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Norma Young, Paul Hart (Pamela), Perry Smith, Renee Seely (Mike), Robert Smith (Dosie), Selena Hicks (Denny), Celeste Shields (Joe Bill), Dirk Tarter and Devin Tarter and many other extended family members and friends.
A funeral service to celebrate Ethel Louise’s life will be conducted at 12 noon on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd with an interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 3-8pm and after 9am the day of the funeral.
