Evans Wayne Kincer, 72, passed on April 9, 2026, peacefully at home. There will be no services at this time. All arrangements and care are entrusted to Evergreen Funeral home and Cemetery. Entombment to follow on a later date.
Evans is preceded in death by; his parents, Washington Evans and Marie Kincer.
Left to cherish his memory are; his uncle, Robert Hooper; his special friend of over 40 years, Terry Ashcraft. He will be loved and missed by many family and friends.
