She is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Earl Boggs; and son, Terry Boggs.
Frances is survived by her daughters, Martha Boggs and Carol King (David); grandchildren, Eddie Mayer (Jennifer), Tony Mitchell (Valerie), Shawn Kessler, Athena Gentry, (Olin) Melissa Kelly (Louis) and Craig Kessler; and 11 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2011 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home with entombment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2011.
