She was born in Smithfield, KY on April 11, 1922, daughter of the late Ottoway Long Doak, Sr. and Vassie May Sweeney Doak.
She is survived by a niece and nephew.
All are welcome to join Frances’s niece, Jeanne, at her home on Saturday, April 26th, 2014 at 3pm for a celebration of her life.
