He retired from L&N Railroad.
Frank is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dorethea “Toby” Hall and his parents, Joseph and Catherine Hall.
Left to cherish Frank’s memory are his children, Frank D. Hall (Shirley), LeAnn Blanchard (Len); grandchildren, Chastity, Brandi, Amanda, Lauren, Leslie, James and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Frank will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 4:00-8:00pm and Tuesday, November 7, 2017 from 12:00-2:00pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. The funeral service will be on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 2:00pm with entombment at Resthaven Memorial Park to follow, 4400 Bardstown Rd.
