Garry John F. Prange Sr.

Garry John Fred Prange, Sr. 73, of Louisville, passed away at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center, on the evening of April 14, 2011 with his loving children by his side. He was a native of Chicago, IL, a member of the Knights of Columbus and had worked with the Boy Scouts of America through the years. He was an architectural draftsman for over 20 years and later in life had been a Kroger Company staff associate. Garry was also a U.S. Army veteran.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Victoria (Perry) Johnson, Deborah (Daniel) Mattingly, Garry J.F. (Wanda) Prange Jr, Steven Prange, Gregory (Christine) Prange and Elizabeth Prange; grandchildren, Camille, Jeanelle, Micah, Isaiah, Alec, David, Hayden, Kevin, Justin, Lexi, Daniella and Jonathan; great-granddaughters, Christiana and Makaylee; brother, Ronald (Diane) Prange; sister, Jacqueline (Dom) Losacco, and the childrens mother, Rosanne Prange.

His Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, April 18, 2011 at 10 a.m. at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park - Soldier's Circle. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
