Hoar, Geraldine Allgeier "Gerry" 84, passed away January 16, 2014. Gerry was a member of South Park County Club, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church and the Moose Lodge. She loved roller skating, playing cards, the wine garden, book club, golf, dancing and being with her loving family. Gerry is the daughter of the late Norbert Allgeier Sr. and Frances VonBokern Allgeier. She was preceded in death by her husband William "Bill" Hoar and brother Robert Allgeier. Gerry left behind to cherish her memory her children Theresa DeWeerd, John Hoar (Sherri), Sue Hoar, Michael Hoar (Kristi), Janet West and Ken Hoar (Kathy), brother Jack Allgeier, sister Jean Walker (Frank), many dear grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews and close friends. A funeral mass honoring the life of Gerry will be held Monday at 11am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church with entombment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-8pm at Evergreen Funeral Home.
