Gordon is preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Thelma "Carol" Martin, Sr.; and sister, Dorothy "Dot" Martin.
He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Linda Pifer Martin; children, Robin Renee Kovacs, Heather Renee Morrow, and Scott Allen Martin; grandchildren, Brandon and Charles Kovacs, Kaitlin Morrow, Danielle and Ashley Kovacs; siblings, James Martin (Marsha) and Terry Martin.
There will be a memorial service to honor the life of Gordon at 2:30pm December 7, 2013 at St. Stephens Lutheran Church, 5903 Bardstown Road.
