Born to the late James and Margaret Conn, Harold is also preceded in passing by his siblings Bill Conn, Jim Conn, Hamilton “Bud” Conn, and Frances Conn. Here to carry on his memory is his adoring wife of 58 years, Gladys Conn; their children Belinda Scott (Craig), Max Conn (Alisa), and Michael Conn; grandson Gavin Scott; siblings Edward “Ed” Conn, Herbert “Herb” Conn, Barbara “Barb” Klein, Virginia “Ginny” Conn, and Douglas Conn; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
Harry was a proud veteran, serving in the U.S. Marines for 8 years and going on to become a member of the Marine Corps League. He is known for his deep love for his country and his family. Harry’s hobbies included baking and reading, but his favorite thing to do was travel with his beautiful bride to create new memories together. His greatest joy in life came from being around his family.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road. A funeral service in Harry’s honor will take place Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 12:00 pm the funeral home. This service will be streamed live over our Facebook page, “Arch L. Heady at Resthaven”, to participate ‘like’ the page and you will receive a notification when we begin streaming at 12:00pm Wednesday.
