Wainwright, Sr., Harold Lowell, 81, of Louisville, went to be with his Heavenly Father on December 1, 2016. He was well traveled around the world and hailed from Detroit in 1955 and made Louisville his home.
He was preceded by his parents Margaret Ellis and Ben Wainwright.
Left to cherish Harold's memory is his step-brother Ed Johnson of California; his children, H. Lowell Wainwright (Josephine), Jack Wainwright (Barbara), and Dr. Margaret Metry (Gary); 8 grandchildren; and caregiver Michael Whitehair.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday at Evergreen Dignity Chapel by Fr. Fred Klotter. Visitation will be Monday from 10:30 am until service time at 2:00 pm.
