Jack L. Graviss, 59, passed away Saturday, September 22, 2012. He was born November 10, 1952. He was raised in Camp Taylor, and was a retired truck driver with Fishers. He was a former volunteer with the Camp Taylor and Eastwood Fire Departments. He was a member of Teamsters, and the Camp Taylor Red Rider BB Club, and was a Catholic by faith.
He was preceded in death by his father; Charles E. Graviss Sr.
He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Jackie, and his 3 sons; Troy ( Melissa), Trent (Britany), and Todd. His grandchildren; Nathan, Cayden, Ethan, Gabrielle, and Chloe. His mother; Mary P. Elmen , and siblings; Charles Jr. (Peggy), and Darlene (Jeff) Grimes.
A service to celebrate Jack’s life will be held at Noon on Wednesday in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m Tuesday, and after 10 am Wednesday.
