Jack McBride Jr., 60, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on January 1, 1923.
Jack was born on August 28, 1962 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Jack McBride, Sr. and Pat Ann McBride.
Left to cherish Jack's memory is his son, Jeremy Bishoff; grandchildren, Jacob Bishoff and Gracie Bishoff; sisters, Brenda Cornwell (Don), Linda McBride and brother, David McBride.
A celebration of Jack's life will held at a later date.
