Janet Ann Garcia 86, passed away Friday June 29, 2018. Janet was originally from Fairmont West Virginia and graduated from East Fairmont High School in 1949. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Etta Lee Hawkins, sister Patty Haddox and son Larry Garcia. Janet leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of 67 years Tony Garcia, children Stephen Garcia (Darlene) and Sharla Garcia Jones (Bobby), grandchildren Randi Lee Jones and Rachel Stanley and sister Betty Wright. She is also survived by her dear friends Don and Janet Pearson.
A memorial service will be held Thursday July 5, 2018 at 12pm in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home 4400 Bardstown Road with a private entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park.
