He is survived by his wife, Margie Goldsmith O’Neil; children, David, Steven and Debra Jewell and Paul Eugene Lindsey and Evelyn Kay Lindsey; three granddaughters, Stephanie Seviour, Katie Lindsey and Kristy Martin; seven grandsons; eight great grandchildren; a brother, James Ray (Joan) O’Neil; and two nieces, Peggy and Debbie.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 10 am at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 on Friday at the funeral home.
