Dr. Jesus C Siady

Dr Jesus Co Siady passed away peacefully on April 5, 2026. Jesus was born in Cebu City, Philippines and was the son of the late Manuel Ang Siady and late Co Shiok Huy Siady. He was a graduate of Cebu Institute of Medicine, class of 1972.

He built a successful career as an Internal Medicine physician for many decades. His commitment, passion, and work ethic left a lasting impression on many colleagues and patients. Jesus’s greatest joy was his family. He shared a loving marriage with his wife, Evangeline, and devoted father to Stuart and Stephanie. He always put family first and was a caring, kind, loving, and dedicated human being. He was always friendly and had a welcoming smile whenever you approached him. He was also an incredible grandfather to Nathan, Sophie, and Jason. He went above and beyond for their enjoyment and care and spent countless hours with each of them.

Jesus will be greatly missed and forever remembered.

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Evangeline Siady; his children, Stuart Siady (Jonalyn) and Stephanie Sy (Michael), his three grandchildren, Nathan, Sophie, and Jason; and his three sisters, Victoria Juantong, Gloria Yu, and Susan Sy and one brother Gomez Siady. We extend our heartfelt sympathies to all who mourn Jesus's departure.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, April 12 from 2:00pm until 6:00pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218.

Mass Memorial Service will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 12:00pm at Cathedral of the Assumption, 443 S Fifth St, Louisville, KY 40202. Burial will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
