He was born on June 9, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky to James and Annette Chamberlain.
John retired from General Electric after many dedicated years of service. In his spare time he enjoyed playing his guitar, fishing and most of all spending time with his family and his beloved dog, Rowdy.
He is preceded in death by his father, James Chamberlain and his beloved dog, Rowdy.
Left to cherish John's memory are his two sons, Matthew Chamberlain and Aaron Chamberlain; mother, Annette Chamberlain; granddaughter, Sierra Chamberlain; two brothers, William Chamberlain (Martha) and Gerald Chamberlain (Bridgid).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, Kentucky 40213, with a service to honor the life of John to follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. John will be laid to rest at Worthington Cemetery.
Memorial donations in memory of John may be made to The American Diabetes Association.
