He was born July 7, 1982 in El Dorado, Arkansas, the son of James Turner Bell, Jr. and Evelyn M. (Sidebottom) Bell. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother-in-law, Virgil Combs.
Jody worked in IT as a Software Architect. He loved his dogs, Adley & Bailey all dogs really. He also enjoyed travelling, spending time in New Orleans, music, concerts and playing video games.
Survivors include his mother, Evelyn M. Bell; a sister, Jennifer Combs; a brother, James T. “Jim” Bell III (Jennifer Bell); nieces and nephew, Katherine, Jordan, Alicia (Lauren) and Ashley; great-nephews, Jaxson and Knox; and his great-niece, Oaklynn.
Visitation for Jody will be held from 2-6 PM on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd.
