She was a secretary for 50 years, a stellar award-winning volunteer with the American Red Cross, and a loving wife and sister.
Joyce is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Ogden Berry Jr., parents, Lorraine Anthony Kirby and Elva Nadine Kirby, and her siblings, Ernest Anthony Kirby, Richard Kirby and Kathy Yvonne Kirby.
She is survived by her sisters, Roxane Florence Ward (Christopher Mark Ward) and Wendy Denise Trusty (Dennis Lane Trusty), step-daughter, Renee Branum, nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren and many other extended family and friends.
Guests are invited to a visitation from 12-2 PM on Friday, April 25, 2025 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218. A funeral service will take place at 2:00 PM following the visitation on Friday. Entombment will be at Resthaven Memorial Park Mausoleum.
