She was a retiree of Paramount Foods and Derby Industries, a member of the Polit Club and was a troop leader for the Girl Scouts of America, Troop 41 Cader, Troop 71 Juniors and Troop 100 Brownies.
Juanita is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Stilger, sister, Evelyn Lott Dowell and a brother, Arcie Lott.
She is survived by her children, Wanda George, Norma Hunt, Dennis Stilger, Richard Stilger and Andrea Stilger, sister, Sara Clark, nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
A celebration of Juanita’s life will be conducted at 12 noon, Tuesday October 22, 2013 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 2-8 pm Monday, October 21, 2013 and after 9am the day of the service.
