She was born March 26, 1955 in Williamson, WV, the daughter of Rev. Opal and Loretta Fields, Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Deborah Smith; half-sister, Judy Gallon; and niece, Jennifer Smith.
Kathy had worked in Medical Records for many years, most recently at PCA Pharmacy.
Survivors include her husband, Aaron K. Webb; two sons, Aaron K. Webb, Jr. (Chelsea) and Adam C. Webb (Emmy); grandchildren, Savanah, Jaxson, Anabel and Jeffery Webb; one brother, Opal Fields, III (Sheila); niece, Julie Tucker (Patrick); nephew, Jamie Fields and many other extended family members.
A service to celebrate Kathy’s life will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 30, 2016 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. Burial will take place at Battle Grove Cemetery in Cynthiana, KY. Visitation will be from 2-8 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may be given to the ASPCA or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
