Kevin "Tony" Anthony Johnson

Kevin was born on December 17, 1958, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended E.S. Miller High School. Kevin left Philly in 2015 to come to Kentucky. In 2017, he married Tommi Young. During his life, Tony enjoyed Southern Soul music, cooking, movies, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles. Due to his love of dancing and his ability to be the life of the party, he earned his nickname, "Sundance".

Kevin is preceded in death by his father, George; his three brothers, Charles, Clarence, and Christopher; his sister, Joyce; and other relatives.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Tommi; his mother, Mary; his three children, Lakeya, Kevin, and Derron; his siblings, Vincent, Juanita, and Michael; his grandsons, Kristopher, LaShawn, and Shane; his granddaughters, Reina and Sakara; his great-grandson, Kristopher, Jr.; his stepdaughters, Maciah and Terissa; mother-in-law, Tommi; two brothers-in-law, Henry and Tracy; brother and sister-in-law, AJ and Lisa; his spiritual father, Ricky Davis; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A visitation will be held for Kevin at Evergreen Funeral Home in Louisville, Kentucky on Friday March 27, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM with a funeral to follow at the same location on the same date beginning at 1:00 PM.
