Lillian retired from L&N Railroad after 25 years of service. She had over 7,000 hours of volunteer work at Baptist Hospital East since 1983. Lillian was a member of Farmdale Baptist Church, Railroad Business Women, and the N.A.R.V.E.
She is survived by her son, Steve Amos of Lexington; nephews, Randall Gaddie (Barbara), Buck Gaddie, and Paul Gaddie; nieces, Betty Ray and Gail Owens (Shawn); friends and caretakers, Linda Fulkerson and Nancy Ottersbach.
A funeral service to honor the life of Lillian will be held 12pm Monday, December 30, 2013 at Evergreen Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Valley Cemetery, Taylorsville, KY.
Visitation will be from 10am-12pm on Monday at the funeral home.
