Linda Sue Nichols, 76, of Louisville, KY, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2025. She was born on September 18, 1948, in Louisville, KY to the late Mary and Giles Allen, Sr. Loved ones also preceding her in death were brothers, Giles Jr., Richard, and Tommy Allen.
Family was the most important thing to Linda and here to carry on her memory is her husband of 49 wonderful years, Jerry R. Nichols; children Matthew Nichols and Amanda Keller with grandchildren Gabe and Lucy Keller; a brother Bruce Allen (Cindy); and many nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
Linda had a passion for old westerns, oldies music, and genealogy. She loved delving into family history, always eager to learn more about her roots and share stories with those she loved. Her warmth, humor, and unwavering love will be deeply missed but always carried in our hearts.
A visitation for Linda will be held Thursday, February 20th, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218, with a Mass of Christian Burial occurring Friday, February 21, 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church off Poplar Level Rd. Linda will be laid to rest in Resthaven Memorial Park.
