He is survived by his daughters; Jessica Hurtt, Kimberly Hurtt-Caswell and Amie Bell, loving ex-wife; Donna Hurtt, father; Charles Hurtt, sisters; Diane Hurtt-Walford, Sandra Stickles, Nancy Hurtt and Susan Horn, brothers; Dana Webster and Mark Webster, grandchildren; Christopher, Max and Caleigh.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday January 20, 2012 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be 11am until service time Friday.
