She was born January 23, 1961, the daughter of the late James K. and Mary Jean (Kopp) Hagan. She was also preceded in death by one granddaughter, Lily Mae.
Lisa was a Caregiver for many years and attended Clifton Christian Church.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Stephen Rifkind; children, James Stephen Rifkind (Amanda Barnwell), Ruthie Jean Rifkind, Alisha Rifkind Kaelin (Jason) and Patrick Thomas Rifkind; grandchildren, Jaelin, Jakobe and Mya; great-grandson, Ashton; and one sister, Pat Vetter (Mike).
Memorial Visitation will be held from 12-4 PM on Friday, January 5, 2024 at Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Avenue.
