Rev. Dr. Marjorie Ann Cook, 59, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on November 30, 2020 at Signature of South Louisville.

Marjorie was born on March 28, 1961 in Frankfurt, Germany to military parents, Walter Eli Cook and Ina Claire Cashion. She was a Reverend Doctor, having a PhD, where she worked for the Center of Multi-disciplinary Healthcare.

Marjorie is preceded in death by her parents, Walter Eli Cook and Ina Claire Cashion.

Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Susan Cook of Tecumseh, Michigan and a host of friends. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

All services are private. Burial is the Evergreen Cemetery.
