He was a electronic technician at National Weather Service and a football coach at St. Athanasius Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Callie Combs Schweitzer.
Survived by his wife, Tina; daughter, Amanda Dorsey (Joel); sons, Steven & Kyle Schweitzer; father, William Schweitzer; sisters, Tammy Ball and Dee Dee Hall; brothers, Mike and Tim Schweitzer; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Arch L. Heady- Okolona Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Highway, with burial in Penn Run Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
