Martha Lorene Arms 78, of Louisville passed away Thursday December 14, 2006 at Parkway Medical Center. She was born on May 11, 1928 in Louisville to, Joseph William & Regina Nevitt Ballard. She was a member of St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church and the South Louisville community ministries. She was preceded in death by her husband James H. Arms. She is survived by her sons; James A., Michael R., and David B. Arms, a sister Mary Gladys Bartley, brothers Joseph Harold and Wallace Theodore Ballard, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A mass of celebration for Mrs. Arms was held at Noon on Monday December 18, 2006 at St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church 2931 Pindell Avenue. Burial followed in Resthaven Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son.
