Martha Belle Downey

She was a retired area Office Manager for the Old South Central Bell, now AT&T.

Martha was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Aris and Annie Mae Cox Downey; brother, Virgil Lee Downey; sister, Frances Downey and 1 infant brother and two infant sisters.

Left to cherish her memory are her 4 nieces, Patricia Fugate (Larry), Charlotte Muniz (Jerry), Pamela Woods (Randy) and Rebecca Mathis (Kenny) along with several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Her service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 12, 2014 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady Russman and Sons, 1201 E. Oak Street. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. also on Friday.

Burial will be in Pleasureville (Kentucky) Cemetery.
