Martha Jane Metcalf, 72, of Taylorsville, KY passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2025. Born on July 14, 1953 in Louisville, KY. She was preceded in death by both parents: Leo J. Metcalf Jr. & Eunice M. Noel, and her precious infant granddaughter, Joanna Nicole Bybee.
She grew up living in Shively, KY where she attended St. Dennis Catholic Elementary School and then completed her education at Suda E. Butler High School on Crums Lane in Shively.
Survived by her loving daughters: Victoria Jo Williams (Mike) of Louisville, KY and Melissa Lynn Watts (Neal) of Tallassee, AL. Eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Siblings: Richard Allen (Christine) of Shepherdsville, KY; Ronald Lee (Brenda) of Bluffton, SC; Glenn Niles (Judy) of New Haven, KY; Carol Ann Ramsey (Michael) of Lufkin, TX; and Leo J. Metcalf III (Cheryl) of Tampa, FL.
Memorial Service will be held on January 24, 2026, at 3:00 pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home - Okolona Chapel, 8519 Preston Hwy 40219.
Memorial Visitation will also take place on January 24, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
