Mary Jo was preceded in death by her husbands, Andrew Gilbert and Les Cardona; parents, James and Mabel Parker; brother, Roy Parker; sisters, Ann Johnson, Jeanie Watkins, and Hazel Kreisle; and nieces, Tammy Hyde and Theresa Thompson. She is survived by her sons, James Gilbert(Laura) and Mike Gilbert(Karen); grandchildren, Hope Gilbert, Katherine Gilbert, and Selah Gilbert; nephew, Duane Watkins; and nieces, Judy Vornholt and Karla Hahus.
Funeral service will be 12pm Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 4pm-8pm Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mary Jo's memory can be made to Kentucky Humane Society or any animal charity of the sender's choice.
