She was a former member of the old St. Timothy Catholic Church, a retired real estate agent for Century 21, and a former telephone operator for South Central Bell. She volunteered for St. Vincent DePaul and was an avid bingo player.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles W. Kruse.
Survivors include two sons, Dale Kruse and David Kruse; a daughter, Fran Faith; 12 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held at 1:00 Thursday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy, followed by burial at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 11:00 until the time of the service Thursday.
Memorial gifts may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
