Born Sunday, July 26, 1936, in Louisville, Kentucky, Mary was the daughter of the late Albert James Nelson & Beulah Agnes Blakeley.
Besides her parents, Albert James & Beulah Agnes Blakeley; her husband, Rayford Morris Matthews; & brother, Darryl Lee Nelson, precede Mary Evelyn in her passing.
Although she had no living relatives. She leaves behind several friends to mourn her passing.
Mary Evelyn will be laid to rest in the Garden of Devotion of the Evergreen Cemetery & Garden Mausoleums.
