Mildred M. Cox Bisig, 82, passed away Monday, June 27, 2016, at her home with her loving family around her. She was born in Lebanon, KY to the late Granville and Anna L. Hill Cox. She was a retired after a long career with the family business Pix Shoes, and a devoted member of Clifton Heights Christian Church, where she loved to sing. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Theodore H. Bisig, Sr.
She is survived by her 4 children; Theodore “Teddy” Bisig, Jr. (Teri), Richard Bisig (Juanita), Kenneth Bisig (Arlene), and Cathy Harlan (Ricky). Her 4 siblings; Dorothy Mosher (Keith), William “Buddy” Cox, John Cox, and Deborah Shoemaker. And her 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A service to celebrate Mildred’s life will be held at noon on Saturday in the chapel of Arch L. Heady-Cralle, 2428 Frankfort Ave. with interment at Cave Hill. Visitation will be 2-8 pm Friday and after 10 am Saturday.
