Mildred Tuck Blanford, 92, of Mt. Washington, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

Mildred was born on January 31, 1929 in Cedartown, Georgia. She was a retired waitress, working for Executive Inn and Dennys.

Mildred is preceded in death by her parents, Robert H. & Mable A. Tuck; husband, William T. Blanford; brother, William Hubert Tuck; and grand-daughter, Lisa Johns.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Sheryle Johns, Barbara McCorkle, Janice Hightower, Marcia (Dennis) Blanford, Steven (Julie) Blanford and Kevin Blanford; siblings, Delores Joyce (Thomas) Wooden, Robert H. (Jerri) Tuck, Elliot H. (Rebecca) Tuck and Sarah Eileen (Tommy) Miller; 12 grandchildren, 23 great – grandchildren, and 8 great – great – grandchildren. Plus a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

All services are PRIVATE at the request of the family. Memorial Services will be lived streamed on our Facebook Page, Evergreen Funeral Home & Evergreen Cemetery beginning at 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, February 14, 2021.

Inurnment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery & Mausoleums.
