She was member of St. Rita Catholic Church and participated in the church prayer tree.
She is survived by her loving husband David P. McIntosh; her children Melanie K. McIntosh, David McIntosh Jr., Amy Apted; grandchildren Shayne Helm, Brandon McIntosh, Bryan Hatfield, Cody Hatfield, Cory Hatfield, and Amber McIntosh; her siblings Lize’ Reed, Charles Mattingly, Carolyn Wolfe, Linda Risinger, and Michael Mattingly.
Her funeral mass will be 10:00 a.m. Monday at St. Luke Catholic Church, 4211 Jim Hawkins Drive. Visitation Sunday 11:00 a.m.-8:00 P.M. at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Cremation was chosen.
