She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobbie June Vincent and her son, William Russell Vincent.
Left behind to cherish Norma's memory are her two sons, Tony Vincent (Mary), Robert "Rob" Vincent (Karen Pivot); grandchildren, Krystina Vincent (Jesse Bradley), Austin Vincent, Noah Vincent and Alex Shoemaker; great-grandchildren, Matthew Able, Avary Vincent, Alyvia Vincent, McKenna Bradley, Kaylee Logsdon and Gavin Bradley.
A visitation for Norma will be held on Monday, August 8, 2022 from 12 noon until 8 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, Kentucky 40213. A funeral service in honor of Norma will be held on Tuesday at 12 noon at the funeral home. Norma will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
