Norma was born on February 24, 1932 to Richard and Ophie Logsdon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Wigginton, her parents, a sister, Laura Frances Logsdon-Burton and a brother, Tommy Logsdon.
Norma was a former employee of Snyder’s department store where she utilized her skills in beauty and fashion. Norma enjoyed dancing, gardening, and was a natural caretaker. Although, Norma did not have any children she played a vital role in the lives of many of her nieces/nephews and great nieces and nephews, many of whom she leaves to cherish her memory.
The family would like to thank the staff at Park Terrace for providing excellent care to Norma throughout her time there.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at Evergreen Funeral Home from 11:00am-2:00pm, with a funeral service directly following at 2:00pm. Norma will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
