She is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Thelma Sexton.
Pat is survived by her sister, Pam Rogers (Barry), a niece, Stacy Wiseheart (Tim). She is also survived by her cousins and her beloved dog Teddy.
The family would like to especially thank the staff at Twinbrook, for their loving attention to every detail and making her final days as comfortable as possible.

A celebration of Pat’s life will be conducted 12 noon, Monday, June 17, 2013 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 3-8 pm Sunday, June 16, 2013 and after 11:30 the day of the service.
