Rhonda Kay Neff, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, April 1, 2018 with her family by her side.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 48 years Jim Neff Jr.; daughters, Tina Duke, Marquita Smith(Paul Willis); grandchildren, Taylor Parmly(Blake), Evan Smith, Brittany Neff; great grandchildren, Hunter Parmly, Ariea Neff, Warren Oakes; sister, Jann Ballard and a host of many other family members and friends.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Rhonda will be held Friday, April 6, 2018 at 11am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy. Louisville, KY 40219 with burial to follow at Big Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Vine Grove KY. Visitation will be held Thursday from 2-8pm at the funeral home.
