He is survived by his son: Richard R. Bell (Sara); brothers: Dean Bell, of Louisville, Loren Bell, of Naples, FL; two granddaughters: Emilie Allen & Sarah Bell; two nephews: Dean R. Bell & Alan Bell; step-daughter: Cynthia Heuser; ex-wife: Doris F. Bell.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Earl and Clara Bell.
Richard was retired from L.G.&E. He will be missed by family and friends.
Cremation was chosen and a memorial service in his honor will be held at a later date.
