Richard Louis Phillips Sr, 82, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2020. He served in the Navy during Vietnam and was retired from Brown & Williamson and A-Net Order.

Richard is preceded in death by his son, Richard Louis Phillips Jr.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 19 years, Donna Phillips; children, Vickie Wheeler and Carolyn Hruska (Keith).

The funeral service will be Thursday, July 2, 2020 at 12:00pm at Evergreen Funeral Home with the visitation on Wednesday from 4:00pm-8:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Memorial donations in Richard's honor should be directed to Marine Toys for Tots Foundation.
