He was a pain in my a** But as we grew to know one another and got pass the part about me being gay and he saw that i was just another male we soon found ourselves like brothers but love and hate half  brother relationship lol ... I lived around the corner from Rico. We had are issues wih each other but he did respect me for me. He kept you laughing and their was neve a dull moment with Rico. Was a free spirited individual. He just wanted to have fun and be young like any other young teenage black male. The tears fall continously and my heart is in pain. 
I send my prayers out to the family. Especially his little sister. Baby be strong bcause I know you are taking this very hard. As well as the mother. God brings comfort in the time of morning.
