Born to the late Manuel and Ada Harp, Rita is also preceded in passing by her loving husband of 66 years, Thomas Milburn, Jr. She is survived by her step mother Dottie Garrett, children, Debby Gonterman (Joe), Cherie Osbourne, Terie Milburn, Danny Milburn and Jon Milburn (Pam); grandchildren, Tobie Osbourne, Scott Gonterman, Jamie Osbourne, Brittany Milburn, Mandie Gonterman, Kaitlyn Milburn and Alyssa Milburn; great-grandsons, Lane Masters and Kyler O’Connor, and sisters Sandy Sujat, Linda Redmon, and Shannon Duggins.
A visitation will be held Friday March 26, 2021 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, with a funeral service beginning immediately at 2:00 pm in Rita’s honor. Rita will be laid to rest in Resthaven Memorial Park.
