Robert E. Barrow, 70, of Louisville passed away Monday, July 5, 2010 at his home. He was born November 30, 1939 to the late Robert Donald and Bessie Marie Hegdon Barrow. He was retired from Navistar, a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Elks Lodge of Springfield, Ohio, a volunteer for the Highview Fire Department and an avid UK fan.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Barrow; a son, Joe Barrow (Angie); a brother, Bill Barrow (Laura); two grandchildren, Crystal Barrow and Meagan Barrow; a nephew, Mike Barrow; and two nieces, Pam Jessee and Linda Utley.
A celebration of his life will be conducted Thursday, July 8, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 7, 2010 from 4-8 and Thursday, July 8, 2010 from 10:00 until service time.
