

Born in Louisville,Kentucky to Mildred Duggins and Charles Dolan on May 19th,1942. He retired from Towne Air Freight in 2006 after many years of service.
Bob was the definition of a true UofK fan. He bled blue no matter the sport “Cats by 90”, except football- when he would cheer on the University of Alabama. You could also find Bob cheering for whoever UofL played. Bobs three favorite places were either sitting with a fishing pole in hand- mostly feeding the fish or at Churchill Downs supporting the horses, or at the casino feeding the penny slots.
Bob will be remembered for his love of chocolate shakes, his loyalty to his friends and family, his trustworthiness, and his one liners that would have you doubled over in tears.
Bob is survived by his wife Shirley, brother Charles Dolan and sister Jessie Clemmons. Sons Ronnie Dolan(Christy), Greg Dolan, and Willie Miller (Carrie). Daughters Melissa Dolan, Tracey DiMarco (Tim), and Christy Hardin. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his mother Mildred, father Charles, sisters Janice and Joyce.
Memorial services will be held on January 19th, 2025 from 4pm-8pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road. Louisville,Ky. There will be funeral services on January 20th,2025 at 12:00pm in the chapel at Resthaven.
