Survivors include his wife, Barbara Cole Mogan; son, Greg Mogan; stepdaughter, Karen Hall; 3 grandchildren; and sister, Leona Staples(Don).
Funeral service will be 10am Tuesday at Arch L. Heady & Son Okolona Funeral Home, with interment in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 3-8pm Monday.
