Born in Louisville to the late Ray and Joyce Oliver, Roger worked for many years as an independent carpenter.
He is survived by his children Nathan Oliver (Alissa), Wanda Hall (Josh), and Andea Hermosillo; brother, Charles Oliver; 14 grandchildren; his loving companion, Jennifer Sparks; and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers James, Dwayne, and Bobby.
Cremation was chosen, and a celebration of his life will be scheduled at a later date.
